What does our name mean?
Our name is based on the concept of the word"defacto" which is is a legal term used to describe the process of marijuana legalization throughout the 2000s. Marijuana has been a schedule 1 drug for decades now. Grassroots political action and growth of cannabis sub-culture has caused cannabis to become socially acceptable and eventually legalized.

Brand Story
Da Fakto celebrates the progressive movement by supporting social change. It is a brand created by caregivers that honor and respect the legalization of cannabis. Da Fakto strives to encourage others to voice their opinions and stand up for what they believe in.
We encourage everyone to engage in positive social, political and humanistic change.
